HELP STORAGE WARS on my HTC 501 opcv1 kinda new to this need a little help

I'm some what new to this so I'm learning as I go bought this HTC 510opcv1 bout a month ago not realizing that it only had 4gigs of internal storage can't do anything with so little... so I go buy an SD card thinking I can store most of it on it only to find out I can't move much to it so looked on this site and a few more trying to find out what I could do found some info about freezing apps disabling apps and which ones of the pre installed I could do this to and not adversely affect my fon I got bout 20or so pre installed disabled uninstalled a bunch I had on my fon and it's still showing my internal storage is maxed so I guess what I'm asking is the only thing to do is get root plz any help would be greatly appreciated...

Hi, can you please create an account and upload screenshots of your internal storage? look at some apps you don't use and uninstall them. Also move all your media files to the SD card.
