I have tried using different recommended players and solutions from this forum. None of them resolve the issue. These same players have worked on earlier Samsung Android Phones but not on this one.
No matter what player I use or what mp3 file I try to play, it still tells me that the file format is not supported.
I'm starting to think that Samsung has intentionally blocked the device from playing anything other than Samsung Milk Radio or some other pay for play program.
I like my phone, but having my own albums in my pocket is important enough for me that I'm going to consider purchasing a non-Samsung phone, if this problem isn't resolved by Samsung or if I can't locate a solution.
