Help! I can't download anything and i cant access my settings!

[AC Question]

I have an LG G2 and eversince i got the update last year i cant access my settings. When i open my settings it loads my settings screen, but i cant do anything and the error code android.process.media keeps popping up. I also cant download any apps because every time i try to it just kicks me out of the play store. I also keep getting the same error code android.process.media popping up every couple of minutes even when im doing nothing! Someone please help!
