Hi

I have a Samsung S5, and in the last couple of days been having problems with the screen lock.
It sometimes says my code is wrong, and then I've been using my back-up code.
Today it changes the lock-type to swype and I can't change it back.

When I tries, I need a pin-code, and I don't know witch code.
I only ever use at few, and none of them works.

I can change finger-print and everything, but change the screen lock away from swipe.

So now, I have a phone with no security, except security thats ensures I can't get security back :(

Would really appreciate any input on what to do!
Thanks, Mie

Hi, so at present you have no lock screen security on it? what happens if you try and add the pattern lock security, does it ask you for a password first?
