Why is the Sound mode on note 7 changing from Vibrate/Mute to Sound automatically?

I keep my note 7 on vibrate all the time. The sound mode keeps changing automatically to sound about every four hours or so. I have tried playing with all the sound settings and wiping cache partition (since I transferred apps from my old phone), but the problem still persists. Anyone have a solution?

I have the same issue with mine. It is very annoying. I hope this issue is resolved when I receive my replacement phone.
