My phone has Malware on it that won´t delete with Factory Reset. Please Help.

So my phone has 3 malware on it that are detected by malware bytes and won´t be deleted by malware bytes. Everytime I go into to try to delete them it says these files cannot be deleted from phone.
Factory Reset also does nothing. Please help. I want my phone to work legit.

Reflashing the stock ROM may be the answer, if you're sure that you really have malware.
