How can I downgrade iOS 9.3.5 to iOS 9.2 on my iPhone 4s?

I own an iPhone 4s and I want to downgrade my current iOS version, which is iOS 9.3.5, to version 9.2. The reason is that my battery is draining very fast on the new version of iOS. Any alternative solutions would be appreciated as well.

Yes, you could try our Apple site:

but I don't think you can revert to an earlier version of the OS.
For my own iPhone battery problems - though not related to the 9.3.5 update - I'm inclined to try a fresh install of the OS.
