LG G4 troubleshooting

[AC Question]

My LG G4 wont turn back on after it froze. I've tried replacing the battery but it wont work. When i try turning it on it either vibrates constantly for 30 sec or the LG logo and life's good text comes up but it stays like that forever.

i suspect it's a soft brick that happened. try to look for a way in flashing back the default firmware for it. try contacting LG too
