Will a certain scheme work to view PS Vue on TV?

I have no Android devices but I'm about to buy a new Galaxy Tab. I have two Samsung Smart TV's with two different Hub app mixes. I've never had cable or satellite TV and I want to try PS Vue so I can watch EPL games. My question: does Quick Connect work to cast the PS Vue Android app picture to any Samsung Smart TV? My DSL is not real fast, but I can stream MLB and FoxSoccer2Go simultaneously. If not Quick Connect, I have a 2nd generation Chromecast - is that a go? TIA
