Is the SM-G920i model a US or UK model?

We purchased the SM-920i model and now find that we need to have repair. Upon reading the warranty paperwork included with the phone, it states that the service centers in the US will only complete warranty work on US phones.

I idid some research into this. The 920i is available from many countries but not the US so I have a feeling that what you are implying is correct in your phone is an import and therefore has no warranty. Where did you get it?

I think you need to take this up with the vendor unless there's something we can assist with. What problems are you experiencing?
