I like to use the Support Tool to manage my photos. A couple of days ago I opened the support tool and it said a software update was available. So I updated my phone. I have a G3 D852 on the Telus network. It updated to version D85230 (which I cannot find any info on). Everything seems to be working fine except now I cannot connect to the Support Tool or PC Suite. The menu that pops up on the phone asking to connect does not appear. I have the latest usb drivers re-installed, 4.1.1. Have tried XP and Win 8.1 OS. Tried different usb ports, reinstalling programs, and re-starting phone.
Have checked settings for something that might have defaulted back to not allow connections.
