Play store is there but not working!!!

[AC Question]

I recently had to reset my phone because play services has stopped working. I tried downloading it from the play store but it won't let me because it would keep crashing. I tried rebooting it but got stuck in bootloop so i had to reset. After resetting, I tried to download the apps I lost but found out that play store wont open(btw, play services is now back). I looked at it in the "Applications" tab and saw that it's size is 0.0 b. So does this mean that the app is not there? I tried resetting it again and same thing happened. What should I do? Running Android 5.0 on a rooted Lenovo A1000 phone.

I would suggest you to download latest Google Play Store APK from any authority apk sharing site
