Installed button savior and now touchscreen doesn't work.

[AC Question]

Phone fell into bath, but everything was working fine except soft keys after drying. Installed button savior from play store and everything froze including the screen and now touch screen doesn't work either. Can't unlock phone. Did a factory restart because I was out of options and touch screen still unresponsive. Help??

Welcome to Android Central! Did you actually try to dry the phone out before using it? The bottom line is that the phone is probably irreversibly damaged. Water damage can be pretty widespread, and new issues can keep arising as corrosion spreads.
