can't connect to lg g4 airdrive

When I first installed airdrive on my computer, everything worked fine. Now I get a message saying it cannot connect to the server. I attempted to check for a software update. After establishing a usb connection, I got this message "Cannot check for software version try again". I am on a t-mobile network through tracfone. Any suggestions?

I emailed LG support about my problem and they suggested some options, the last being a factory reset if all else failed. I ended up doing the factory reset, but still can't connect.
