Why does freezing Google Pay Services remove google accounts

AC Question

If I freeze google play services (using Titanium Backup), then, after I defrost it, and launch the Play Store, I have to re-enter my account information. Why does this happen? No other app seems to loose any settings after being frozen then defrosted?
