Can an app access all accounts on android

Hi Everyone,
My question might be app-specific, but I know nothing about how apps work, so I can only go up from here.
If I download the Yelp app under one of my email addresses, can Yelp access info on all the other email accounts in my Samsung Galaxy Mega?

According to how "some" apps work.. The app developer/s could have integrated a number of specific programs within the app's mainframe as to log all of the information you've suggested. Upon the download of this app.. you've accepted the terms of said app which could contain a number of other ads or programs geared towards you user profile and your habits when visiting and using their service. However, if this has not been disclosed with any fine print.. then it could be deemed as a violation of your privacy.

If the app accesses email, it can access all email on the phone. VERY few apps list access to only a specific account (like the primary one). Many apps don't list access at all.
