why is my android obsidian zte dropping colls

i have the t-mobile unlimited plan but my previous phone never dropped calls

1. The TMobile "unlimited" plan connects you at full speed, then shifts down to actually download the music. Some servers don't like that.

2. The antenna in the phone may have gotten disconnected (internally).

3. The sensitivity of the phone may be low, and you may be in a weak signal area.
