my phone software just crashed. i just want to recover my stuffs in the audio manager, please guide. my phone is yet to be repaired, if any prior actions to be taken please let me know. its urgent please reply soon

If it's the operating system that crashed, you can't access files that are on internal storage - which is why all important files should always be backed up.
