How do i disable the "assistive touch" button on screen?

I had my phone in the pocket and it went all crazy and turned on some settings. And after i took my phone out of the pocket i had this white circle which i can drag around and click, when i click it i can lock the screen or press the back button etc.

Try this. Long press on that icon and see if the 'remove' option pops up at the top. If so, drag it there.
