Recall tracking # is incorrect.

After talking with Samsung, I was told to email them at cosenr@sea.samsung.com.
In my conversation they gave me a tracking link for the box that was supposed to be coming to me for the return of my Note 7. That tracking link is incorrect .... here is what they gave me......... www.samsumg.com/us/note7recall

I'm trying to return my phone and have waited a month to get a box to do so.
I paid tax on the phone and want my money back in my account !!!

I suggest you continue to work with them to get what you need. If you bought your phone through a carrier or other retailer, you may consider reaching out to that entity also.
