Today I was reading an article on USA newspaper and my screen froze and nothing I did would unfreeze it. I looked online and someone said to hold the on/off switch together with the sound and it worked and my tablet is ok.
Does anyone know what causes this?
Also, in the last month, I have been in various programs and they freeze, then stop working. When I try to get back in, they just keep closing. The only way I could fix the problem was to turn my tablet on and off.
Has anyone experienced this problem and if you have do you know what the cause is?
