Galaxy 6 won't make calls, receive calls, or text

My phone won't make calls, receive calls, or text. Basically, all that is working is I can connect to wifi. I have taken it to the store to fix and they could not get it to work. They tried taking the sim card out and putting it back in, and they tried the *228 (I may not have that number correct). Nothing is working! Also, I did a software update today and still nothing. There is a o with a slash through it at the top where notifications are, and it says it can't connect to a network.

What variant do you have and who is your carrier?

US cellular is my carrier. I'm sorry I'm not sure what variant means? It's a galaxy S6 if that helps?

I mean G925F etc Go to settings>about device>model number
