What apps can safely be uninstalled after installing KitKat and Apex Launcher?

What apps can safely be uninstalled after installing KitKat and Apex Launcher? I'd like to get rid of GO Launcher EX, GO Locker, GO Media Manager, if possible.

Hi, all the apps you mentioned are safe to remove. To be honest, if the phone allows you to uninstall an app it will be safe to do so. If the phone is asking you to disable an app, then it's probably best you just leave the app enabled.
