How do I make my default storage to my SD card on my LgG lancet?

I have an SD card but I can only move my apps there, but I want my applications to automatically download to the SD card.

The default storage location for an app is set by the app. Some apps will let you pick internal storage vs SD card; some will not let you pick.
Send an enhancement request to the app developer for each app you want to change.

If you're talking about where the applications themselves download to (or install to), that's done by Android itself - apps can't change that. The only thing an app can change is where it stores its data - if the SD card was formatted as external. If it was formatted as internal, you have no internal or external "SD card", all you have is "storage".
