I broke my phone it was from boost mobil and i got a new phone that is from sprint the lg k10. Can i use it? Plus i got it used so it has a exsiting Google account synced to it i do not know. Can i use it ?

Well, you should be able to use that phone. Your challenge will be getting your account signed in. When you do the factory reset, it's likely only the original owner's account will be able to log in to configure the phone. This is a security feature, there is no way around it.
