Some Google Services are Running Very Slow

Starting just today some Google Services have been running very slow on my Galaxy S5 (SM-G900W8 on 6.0.1). Google play states it will take 4 hours to download an 80MB file, and so far that's how long it is taking... YouTube is similarly slow, constantly buffering on 144p. Other applications, such as Twitter, Facebook, and Chrome, are fine though. Anybody know what might be causing this? (Also wasn't sure what category to put this in)

Edit: I removed an unused Google account from my device and this seems to have fixed the issue. Will update if problem recurs.
