Samsung Pay refund bank Navy Federal

[AC Question]

I went to petsmart to return a fishtank that was cracked. I forgot my husband had my card, so I used my Samsung Pay App, to get the refund back. I look on my receipt and it was placed on the digital card number not the actual card number. I called Navy Federal and they told me that they don't see it. I called Samsung Pay and no one could tell me anything but try to reset the app and put the card back up there which now has a totally different digital card number. On top of that, they can't explain to me what happened to the refund. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thasks in advance!

Hi, have you spoken to the shop seller? maybe the refund didn't go through. Even though you have a digital account number on the app, this is paired to your actual debit / credit card.
