Should I buy a LG G4? (bootloop?)

Should I buy an LG G4? I heard it has bootloop issues, and I also heard that models with 600+ serial code are safe from it. What should I check to make sure it won't bootloop? there are no LG factories or shops around here, I'm planning to buy from some local shop so fixing it won't be possible. Should I just get a Samsung S6?

Yes, the LG G4 has a bootloop rate noticeably higher than the normal failure rate for phones.
Most people would tell you that there are no "safe" serial numbers.
If getting the phone fixed is not easily done for you, I would recommend a different phone.
All that said, my LG G4 with the original 505 serial number is still going just fine, knock on wood.
