Try clearing cache and data for playstore, download provider, and google services framework.

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean it's been tested and says fine? Do you mean you scanned it with an antivirus app?

Can you describe in more detail how it isn't working? Do you have problems installing apps? Does the Play Store not even open?
