Note 5 Battery issue

I bought note 5 on a Lollipop version and the battery on a heavy use can survive for a whole day after updating to marshmallow after a while i found my battery draining too fast even if i am not using it to the extent i bought a Jackery power bank, Some friends told me to calibrate the battery so i used the two methods the first one by discharging totally and the second one using the code *#0228# when charged to 100% if it decreased i put it again on the charger till it stills on 100% but it worked for 1 day then the drain came again however i am optimizing all my apps by saving power!!!!!
Any suggestions plz help!

First, what do your battery usage stats indicate as the main users of charge after such a drain?
