android device manager locked phone (google & phone password recovery)

I forgot my new Google password and was doing some things on my LG cell phone when I accidentally set up a "lost phone" message along with a password by Android Device Manager. I've also forgotten that password.

How do I get back into my phone without my google password to unlock the device?
