Phone not charging dying rapidly

[AC Question]

Will charge slowly battery is dying rapidly went into the store they told me my port was bad however when I call tech support they said it an issue with the update they ran Diagnostics why battery life is good my port is good what is not good is this update on my phone so until the next update comes out or I'm ready to buy a new phone I'm pretty much limited with my phone usage due to the battery
