How to check what app is crashing?

Over the past week, some application on my phone has been crashing. Normally this isn't an issue to find out which one it is because it will tell you in the notification that pops up, but the pop up will only flash on the screen. It appears and disappears in less than half a second, so it is close to impossible to read what app is causing the crash. I have tried uninstalling apps that could be the cause of the issue, as well as booting into safe mode, both not solving the problem. Is there any way I can find out which app is crashing so I can get rid of it? Thanks.
