hidden android setting app unlock pin

i woke up went to my phone and found that i have no wiz home or easy wiz home i started looking through my phone and relized that my user manual wasnt there any more and that i have lookout and google services for my device manager and my home wiz and easy home wiz wasnt there when i hit the home button now when i hit the home button my caamera comes on so i downloaded the app hidden settings for android and there is a section that says "chooselockgeneric" so i tapped on it and it says "enter current pin " why is it asking my for the currnt pin when i never had a pin to begin with
