can i get deleted photos back

I accidentally deleted photos from file explorer and the back up and sync is off at that time.this happens 45 day before from today

Have you deleted them from the internal storage or the memory card?

If the files were on the internal storage, you are probably out of luck.

If the files were on the SD card, your luck will be poor due to the 45 day wait.
Put the card into a card reader attached to your computer and use an undelete program (Recuva is a good one for Windows).
