Today I purchased a galaxy A3 2017 and it won't allow itself to get past the terms and conditions.
It connects to the wifi and shows full bars but as soon as I hit next it says connecting and abruptly a message informs me that it cannot connect to internet. This happens with and without the simcard inserted. I imagine no spell can be cast simply making this all go away but as I'm used to a more mechanical world where everything works with enough force and determination, the fact that something so small is completely beyond my control causes an uneasy helplessness that makes me want to scream. the simcard itself is one that was today charged with a new plan of 4 gigs a month, and has worked well in its previous home, a 2014 Samsung model with which I'm using right now to type all this proving that it is not with the wifi that the problem lies.

Welcome to Android Central! Have you tried this on different wi-fi networks, or only your home network?

See if it works on a different network.

Or try rebooting your home wi-fi router by unplugging its power for 10 seconds, then plugging it back in again. If that doesn't help, see this guide for other ideas: http://forums.androidcentral.com/amb...-problems.html
