huge problem!!!

whenever i turn on my phone i have a message that say process system isn't responding. do you want to close it?

i have tried rebooting in safe mode. it persists. i have deleted 3rd party apps and it persists. i have even wiped the cache partition and yet it continues!!

now im starting to get very frustrated with this and have considered throwing it at a wall but being that i need my phone i turn to you lovely people. please help

The easy way is often harder in such cases a full erase I'd say.
