How can I move photos/videos from Galaxy S5 to PC USB storage?

I have photos and videos, very many of them, both in internal storage and sd card on my Galaxy S5 (Verizon.) How do I move these to save in a USB thumb drive? I found instructions to move videos to Windows Media Player, but the only storage option there is to burn to a disc, which I do not have access to at this time. Really need to clear space on my S5 soon!

You can
- use a USB thumb drive that include a USB OnTheGo connection.
- use a USB/USB OTG adapter.
- Connect phone and USB thumb drive to a PC, and transferer the data via the PC.
