When you get this message in your notification you have to hold on the notification to find the name. You then go into settings- apps- all and scroll down to the name. You then clear the data, turn off notifications then force stop.

I would think we'd like a solution to the underlying problem. This fix is akin to turning the tv up so you can't hear your baby cry.
