Cannot log into Samsung or Google accounts

[AC Question]

Can't log into Samsung or Google. I did an Avast scan last night???? Also, left phone with Metro store for a couple hours Friday- tech was trying to show me how to port my music from older phone to new (On5). Both cheap phones. Phone obviously was unlocked. He was very busy (I can confirm that), and I do absolutely no banking, use of credit card online, pay bills, nothing that I am afraid of 'Stealing' even if apps/messages open. (boring life!!). Do not know which activity seemed to change account settings. Cannot go to settings/account/ either- both Samsung and Google accounts gone. I will have to contact both by phone tomorrow?? Thx

Welcome to Android Central! Are you saying that when you go to Settings>Accounts, no accounts are listed? What if you Add Account in that menu, and then enter your Google and/or Samsung account info?
