encryption problem

[AC Question]

I am using Z740 mobile. Firstly i t shows like phone encryption un successfull. I click on restore device option. After that when I am clicking on "update from ADB", I got the same problem as somebody mentioned i.e. ("Now send the package you want to apply to the device with "adb sideload <filename>..." I just need to know how to
power my mobile"

And I used all following steps
1. Restart
2. Removed battery and inserted
3.POWER+Volume Down..>>>>when I was using this, I got a seperate screen, It contains image file and written as FTE....

Please help me out..how can I come back to my original screen?
