Screen overlay/draw over apps

[AC Question]

Hi I got a bush b4 Android phone and I can't access quite a few apps due to it saying turn off screen overly I have tried to turn that and draw over other apps and cart find any way tinting them off as really need to get on to one app asap but can't if anyone can help be great as don't want to reset my phone to factory setting if I can help it also with my phone I charged it keep night so 100% and within 1-2 hours Barnes's down to 30% anyone know what could be wrong

You need to find the app that is acting as the overlay and disable or uninstall it.
Common apps are:
screen dimmers (Lux, twilight)
sliding menus and trays
Facebook bubbles
multiple apps by Cheetah Mobile.
