How do I uninstall this app, it is changing my hole phone

It has changed my hole phone and I would like it off

What app? What phone? Was it a recent OS update?

If the app is a launcher, just clear default or uninstall app in settings.. Apps.. Application manager. Either way will revert back to stock.
