Is there a way to use my pixel phone if I defaulted on a contract for Verizon

Got the pixel phone from Verizon with contract voided the contract due to unable to pay the bill can I still use the phone anywhere else or with any other cell phone provider

Welcome to the forums. Verizon most likely blacklisted the phone to be rendered unusable on all networks.
