SAMSUNG A5 (2017) is connected or router but mo internet access

[AC Question]

I'm From Philippines. Service provider is Globe Telecom. My router is provided by globe, LTE WIRELESS ROUTER MODEL MF283+. There is network connection on other devices connected on the same router but samsung a5 is just connected but no internet access. WIFI signal is strong coz were just beside the router.
