(LG AKA) Why do i not hear anything after turning the volume on to the fullest?

I'm not on do not disturb mode either and I can't seem the find out why. Does dropping it too much affects the sound? I'm using a portable small speaker to listen to music and call right now because that's the only way I could hear audios in my phone. Please, help.

Welcome to the forum. I have 4 separate volume controls on my S8, are you only adjusting maybe the phone or ringer volume?
