Using wifi no internet connection

[AC Question]

I'm using wifi. I was on the internet all of sudden no internet connection. Wifi says it's on but isn't displayed on screen. I go to work and wifi works. I come home turn on my phone and wifi it lost my password. So I entered password it saved then starts blinking ( saved, connected, no internet, and authentication problem) I've restarted my phone and it doesn't seem to help. Two days before I had an opposite problem. I could access the internet at home but not at work. Then I was able to access the internet at work, then I came home and and was using it and then a couple hours later no internet. I don't understand. My phone is an Allcatel Idol 3.

Welcome to the forum. It sounds like the problem is with your home router and/or modem. Try rebooting them to see if that helps.
