I can't hear ringing noise whn dailing phn from my mi4

When I dail call from my mi4 I can't listen the rings and the person opposite to me also can't listen

Welcome to Android Central! Does the person you're calling actually pick up? What do you mean they "can't listen"? Do you mean they can't hear your voice, or that when they call you, they also don't hear the ringing tone on their side?
