My phone is samsung galaxy grand neo + and got into safe mode, can't deactivate it. I've tried everything, restarted it, pulled the battery out and waited, uninstalled all of my apps and finally I resetted it but still, the safe mode doesnt go away. I can install apps on my phone but i have no option of opening them. Please help if possible

Welcome to the forum. All I could find is this:

To get out of Safe Mode, please try the following.

    1. Touch and Hold the Power key.

    2. Tap Power off.

    3. Once the phone is off, Touch and then Hold the Power key again to restart.

The phone should now be out of Safe Mode.

However, if the Safe Mode is still running after you restart your phone, I would then check to make sure your Volume Down button is not stuck. Check to see if it has anything stuck in it as well, dust, etc. Anything like this can cause the phone to go into, and get stuck in, Safe Mode.

If that doesn't work try this...

Use the Status Bar to turn off Safe Mode. Pull down (swipe) the status bar of your phone. Now tap the "Safe Mode" button. This should turn Safe Mode off. Now your phone will automatically restart, so that it boots up out of Safe Mode.

Your Grand Neo uses the Volume Down button to boot up into its Safe Mode, check the Volume button to see if it's stuck for some reason.

If the Volume button appears to be OK, can you boot into Recovery Mode? (Start your Neo while simultaneously holding down the Volume Up, the Home, and the Power buttons). If you can get into your phone's Recovery Mode, a text only user interface, try using the indicated keys to get to the the wipe the system cache partition, and when you restart your phone again see it that makes any improvement.

If it still boots up into Safe Mode you might have to resort to re-flashing the stock ROM. Which model Grand Neo Plus do you have? ROMs are very specific and are not interchangeable.
