Why is my caller I'D not working and not letting make phone calls?

I open my phone app to make a call and it says my caller ID has stopped and won't let me make or receive phone calls.

Welcome to the forums. Go to Settings, Apps, All and find your called ID app. Do a force stop, clear cache and clear data. Exit Settings and reboot the phone. See if that helps. If not, try clearing the system cache partition.
